Do you want Something a little different? A quick and easy family meal, or ideal if you have guests coming around, featuring our Free Farmed Non-clumping Pork Mince, these are a really tasty dish, nice fresh ingredients and really easy to put together.

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger
Grated
1 Tbsp Garlic
Minced
2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Siracha
1 Tbsp Cornflour
Mixed with 1 1/4 Tbsp of Water
500g Harris Farms Pork Mince
227g Can Water Chestnuts
Drained and diced
1 Red Pepper
Diced
1 Large Carrot
Grated
1 Small Onion
Diced
Iceberg Lettuce Leaves for Serving
Toppings:
Green Onion, Corinader, and Crushed Peanuts

Add the ginger, garlic, honey, soy sauce, vinegar , sriracha and cornflour mixture to a medium bowl and whisk well. Set aside.

Add 1T olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once it's hot, add the pork mince and cook until no pink remains. Drain the fat from the pork.

Add the water chestnuts, red pepper, carrots and onion, and cook until soft, 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the sauce until it’s completely combined then turn the heat down to medium-low and simmer for 8-10 minutes to thicken.

Remove the pan from the heat then serve inside the doubled up lettuce cups. Top with chopped spring onions, coriander, peanuts and extra sriracha if desired.
